LGZWA6512 high-speed five-axis gantry machining center is a high-end machine, electricity and gas integrated equipment developed and designed by our company to adapt to the five-axis simultaneous processing of rail transit vehicles and industrial aluminum profiles. It can complete the milling and drilling of pentahedrons (except for the installation and positioning of the bottom surface) under a single clamping of the workpiece; in the product structure design, it integrates today's advanced technology. Features & Advantages
★ Adopting fixed workpiece layout and gantry mobile structure layout, the operator can easily access the loading and unloading workpieces;
★ There are 8 sets of movable worktables above the bed. Depending on the length of the workpiece and process requirements, it can easily adjust the spacing in the X direction and automatically lock and stabilize. The bottom of the machine is equipped with a drawer type chip box;
★ The workbench, slides, and rams are made of cast iron, and key structural parts such as the bed, beams, and columns are made of high-quality steel welded parts.
