  Machine Features

1.     This machine is used for NC feeding to cut industrial aluminum profile at any angle automatically.

2.     The CNC feeding rack driven by the reducer and pinion, which driven by the Schneider servo motor, drives the robot to achieve automatic feeding;

3.     With the sizes of the profile section, the clamp manipulator can be adjusted up and down, right and left.

4.     driven by of the servo motor of Schneider and direct-coupled reducer, the cast aluminum saw head box rotation realizes angle swing, it ensures positioning accuracy and to complete the cutting at any angle of 45º ~157.5º;

5.     The saw blade, direct driven by high precision spindle motor;

6.     The saw blade feed adopts gas-liquid damping cylinder drive, and the saw way is lever swing type;

7.     To clamp the profile tightly, both sides of the machine head are with the clamping cylinders, which ensures cutting safe and reliable;

8.     With the open and close cover of the saw, it ensures operator safety and working safety.

      9.     With high power vacuum cleaner, it keeps the working area clean and tidy.

     10.  The pneumatic control components of SMC has low power consumption and no interference to the system;

     11.  The left side of the saw head has a profile discharging device and a side pushing platform, so that the output of the finished product can be sent and cut automatically.

2.  The rollers of the feeding frame and the discharging stand adopt polyurethane rubber covered roller, so as to avoid the scratch of the profile;
